Actually what I’m doing is being perplexed.

They have moved my corporate parenting blog to wordpress and I was so exctied that I could do pictures on it again.

But now I’m finding that it won’t accept pictures from my good camera – just pictures from my little camera.

Why?  I need some expert help.  I don’t understand why it’s a problem since it is now the same server as this one and this one allows me to use the good camera pictures.

  1. Actually, after working at it about two hours, I figured out how to do it, but I don’t understand WHY I have to do it this way. I have to check the overall size (like 3.7 mb) and then crop and cut until it gets down to under 2 – then it works.

  2. It’s probably because your new camera takes too high of a resolution photo making the file size too large, so by shrinking the size of the photo and cropping it the file size is reduced so wordpress can then handle it. Your old camera, a lower resolution, can fit more picture into a file size because it’s a lower resolution, eh.

  3. Yes, you’re right and after messing around with it for a couple hours I figured out how to make it work. However, it still is interesting that I have no problem putting the pictures on this blog, and the other one has also been changed to a WordPress blog and that one takes some reconstructing of the pictures.
